Penguin Random House Consultancy: 2010, 2016, 2018

SheShe prides itself on having several repeat clients that commission our company for various projects. In 2010, SheShe delivered the first epub version of the Great British Book of Baking to accompany the BBC television series. At the time, this was a new venture for Penguin and was framed as a ‘proof of concept’ of creating epub versions of Penguin physical cookbooks. We worked with Penguin staff and offshore agencies to embed a successful new production model and delivery process to achieve this. The project was a great commercial success, leading to the an increase in acceptance and production of soft publications at Penguin.
