Sheila worked as an in-house consultant for the rebuild of the Defra (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) UK government website. This involved recruiting and leading a new team of in-house developers; website migration; business transformation; implementation of a new content management system (CMS) and rebuild of the main Defra website. It was a particular challenge as large number of ancillary websites had to be folded into the new platform with staff trained and oriented on the new CMS.
